I'm new to Ezeetraining.com. How do I get started?
Click on Login and enter e-mail address & password set by you. To access your course – Click "My Courses" in "My Account" to display the courses. Click on Play to start the course.
How do I view available courses?
Click on Login and enter E-mail address & Password set by you. To access your course – Click "My Courses" in "My Account" to display the courses. Click on Play to start the course.
How do I purchase a membership? What payment methods are available?
Click on Pricing to view available memberships. Once you decide to purchase a membership, click on Enroll and register. On clicking Proceed To Pay, you will be diverted to a page where you need to select any of the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card option – Click on Credit / Debit Card option to pay using a credit card or debit card. You will be diverted to a third party payment gateway where you will be required to enter the card details to process the payment.
- Cash / Demand Draft / Bank Transfer option – Click on Payment by Bank Transfer option to display our bank account details. You can use this option if you want to make the payment by either depositing cash directly into our account or transferring the payment online from your account to our account. You can also issue Demand Draft and deposit it directly into our account or simply mail it to us on the following address:

I have made the payment, when will my membership get activated?
Your membership will be activated and a membership activation email will be sent to your registered email ID as soon as your payment is credited to our account.
How do I access a course, once my membership is activated?
Login with your registered Email ID and Password. Click on My Account. Click on My Courses in My Account to view the courses. Click on Play link to access the course.
How do I assess my Course completion progress?
Click on My Courses and select a category to assess your course completion progress at any point of time during the training.
How do I navigate between topics / lessons of the course?
Click on the forward or backward arrows from the status bar to navigate between the topics of each lesson. Also, at any point of time, you can view and navigate through the lessons / topics by clicking on the lesson name in Course Map. The lesson name will then expand to display all the topics of that lesson. Click on any topic name to start viewing it directly.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on Login and then on Reset Password
What are the minimum Hardware and Software requirements to access ezeetraining.com?
You can view the minimum hardware and software requirements by clicking on System Requirements at the bottom of the home page
What is the required internet speed to access ezeetraining.com?
You will need an internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 512 Kbps.
Should the Pop-up blocker be enabled or disabled?
Disable pop-up blockers, as EzeeTraining courses utilize pop-up windows
Should the Firewall be enabled or disabled?
Disable the Firewall and allow ezeetraining.com as a trusted site
Should the Browser cookies be enabled or disabled?
Enable Browser cookies and allow ezeetraining.com as a trusted site.
Do I need any player to access the EzeeTraining courses on my PC / Laptop ?
All EzeeTraining courses require Adobe Flash player version 10.0 or higher to be installed on the PC being used to access it. Instructions for installing the most recent version can be found on the Adobe website.
